You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and using the software and equipment disclosed as necessary in the listing. Contact customer support if you do not receive your purchase or cannot access it.
Course access periods, scheduled sessions, download limits, and expiration dates, if any, will be disclosed before purchase. Lifetime access, future updates, or ongoing support are included only when expressly stated in the offer.
5. License and Intellectual Property
Unless a product includes a different written license, your purchase grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials personally or internally within one business.
You may complete and adapt editable templates for your own internal business activities. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly upload, share download credentials, or offer the materials as your own products.
Using the materials for client deliverables, multiple businesses, or commercial distribution requires express permission or an appropriate commercial license.
Keener Strategic Solutions and its licensors retain ownership of their content, branding, and intellectual property. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright.

We do not guarantee income, business growth, employment, platform approval, or particular results. Outcomes depend on your circumstances, decisions, implementation, and other factors.

Direct website purchases are subject to our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
Purchases completed through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or another third-party checkout are subject to that platform’s applicable transaction rules and customer protection procedures. These Terms do not override mandatory platform requirements or consumer rights.
